Credit to the DSF and the ABF for being the first off the blocks and for putting together a HPLP. It is a good guess that they must have burnt midnight oil in scheduling the online sessions during the times of the pandemic. The care with which the range of subjects for the 16 sessions has been chosen is quite evident. It has ensured that a fine balance has been maintained in introducing and articulating the diverse elements that go to make High-Performance Sport.
